The UAL - ANECOOP Foundation was created in 2004 to coordinate the research and experimentation activities, in a common project, of the second grade Agricultural Cooperative ANECOOP and the University of Almeria...
We study the factors that influence the various eco-compatible plant production technologies with repercussions on the profitability of farms, on the overall quality of the products and on the sustainability of the system.
We raise and solve problems related to agri-environmental and food safety policies, oriented towards sustainable technological development.
We transfer and facilitate the transfer and valorization of the scientific achievements of the research groups and departments operating in the Foundation.
We cooperate nationally and internationally in development projects and training activities related to agriculture, the environment and renewable energies applied to agriculture.

The Experimental Farm UAL-ANECOOP es un espacio de referencia en Almería donde la Universidad y el sector agroalimentario trabajan de la mano para impulsar una agricultura más innovadora y sostenible. Aquí se desarrollan proyectos pioneros que combinan ciencia, tecnología y práctica real de campo, ofreciendo soluciones a los retos actuales del sector hortofrutícola. Somos puente entre la formación universitaria y la realidad empresarial, generando conocimiento que repercute directamente en agricultores, técnicos y en la sociedad en general.
