Fruit Attraction 2025 is presented as an ambitious edition, a fair that has broken its own ceilings to become the world's fruit and vegetable epicenter. From September 30 to October 2 at IFEMA Madrid, the event will occupy 10 pavilions with more than 78,000 m², hosting 2,460 exhibitors from 64 countries -an 8.4 % growth over the previous year- and expecting the visit of more than 120,000 professionals from 150 nations.
At the core of the fair is innovation applied to the sector: the area Innova & Techwhich includes areas such as Biotech Attraction o Smart AgroThe number of farmers in the 21st century is growing by 31 % compared to 2024, consolidating the fact that agriculture in the 21st century is no longer done with just land and sun, but with data, sensors and algorithms. Also noteworthy is the Innovation HubThe event will feature 50 leading products, as well as awards for the most sustainable, original or best-designed stands.
Another strong point of this year's edition is the international thrust: the program International Buyers Programme will bring nearly 700 buyers from 67 countries, Mexico and Malaysia are the invited importing countries, and the fair remains a global gateway for Spanish and Latin American companies. Tomato will be the star of the yearwith activities dedicated to showcasing its nutritional and commercial value and its strategic weight in global trade.
