The UAL-ANECOOP Experimental Farm Foundation was visited last 15/09/2025 by a distinguished delegation of researchers from the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association and several leading companies in the chemical and fertilizer sector, with the aim of getting to know the farm's facilities and the different research, development and innovation projects that are being carried out.
The delegation was composed of representatives from the following entities: Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy & Chemical Co. Ltd, Henan Xinlianxin Chemicals Group Co. Ltd, Dong Guang Chemical Industry, Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical Co. Ltd, Etherchem International Company Limited, Shandong Mingquan Modern Agriculture Share Service Co. Ltd, Sichuan Golden-Elephant Sincerity Chemical Co. Ltd, Lanhua Science and Technology Chemical Production & Operation Management Center, Shanxi Lanhua Coal Chemical Co. Ltd and Ko Yo Chemical (Group) Limited.
During the day, visitors toured the experimental facilities and held meetings with researchers from the University of Almeria and the Foundation. In this context, the main advances in areas such as agricultural sustainability, innovation in efficient fertilization, the use of digital technologies applied to production and the genetic improvement of plant varieties were presented.
The meeting highlighted the international interest in the work carried out by the UAL-ANECOOP Experimental Farm Foundation.
With this visit, the Foundation reinforces its role as a reference in applied research and as a point of connection between the university, business and the international scientific community.
